Ich bin Leiter des Studiencenters Informatik und Koordinator des Prüfungsausschuss Informatik der RWTH Aachen.

Weiterhin bin ich Affiliated Researcher der Media Computing Group der RWTH Aachen. Zwischen 2016 und 2020 war ich stellvertretender Lehrstuhlleiter der Media Computing Group. Mein Forschungsbereich ist Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) und ich beschäftigt mich hauptsächlich mit den Themen ubiquitous computing, personal fabrication, touch input, interactive surfaces, and tangible user interfaces.
